Why use a furnishing service?
Trying to equip and furnish a home in a country where you may only spend a few weeks a year can be stressful, time consuming and costly. You may not know which suppliers are considered the best value for quality and price, where to go for custom made furniture, how to find reliable plumbers, electricians and craftsmen. You may find the language barrier hinders your progress and prevents you from buying products from less well known sources. You may be uncomfortable about bargaining and unsure what a fair price would be. You may not be in the country long enough to shop around to get the best bargains, chase deliveries, oversee installation and organise final payment.
From past experience, using our services, rather than trying to furnish and equip on your own provides savings of at least 20% on the total budget

Each member of our team has experience of delivering a quality, comprehensive and cost effective design and furnishing service based on extensive knowledge from both a customer and supplier perspective. We have an interior designer heading the team and experienced planners and buyers who are able to offer a bespoke service to all our customers.
Our Services
Working within a budget agreed by the customer we can:
Fully furnish and equip any property from a one bedroom apartment to a 5 bedroom villa whether you are planning to rent your property or retain it for personal use. We offer a range of furnishing options from traditional to ultra modern and can supply as little as a set of saucepans or as much as the entire contents of your home
Source custom made furniture and project manage its production and completion
Provide quotations and designs from a number of suppliers to ensure we get you the best value for money
Negotiate discounts and favourable payment terms on your behalf.
Provide ‘room boards’ a visual reference for each room of how the layout of the completed room will look, including every item - from lamps to soft furnishings, chairs to carpets , even the pictures on the walls and the ornaments on your shelves.
Oversee delivery and installation of furniture, white goods and electrical appliances such as air conditioners and televisions
Commission the making and installation of blinds and curtains and install curtain poles
Select lighting both indoor and outdoor and arrange fitting
Create, plant and maintain an entire garden or plant and maintain just one tub or window box
Decorate an existing property
Renovate a property which needs refreshing, including modernising kitchens and bathrooms
Provide year round upkeep and maintenance
Provide a photo gallery of all rooms to be used for advertising and marketing your property if you plan to rent it
Supply a comprehensive inventory of entire contents which can be used for insurance or rental purposes
Arrange buildings and contents insurance
Our Terms and Charges
Working with our customers we agree a budget, either on a per room basis or per household.
We draw up a working agreement listing every item which we will supply on your behalf
We agree a time frame for commissioning, purchasing, delivery and installation of all items
We ask for 75% of the total cost in advance in order to pay suppliers although this payment can be staggered. The balance is due once the items are purchased and installed.
We charge 10% of the total cost of the purchases as our fee, this includes our individual interior design and planning service. So if your total cost is £10,000 our fee would be £1,000.
As we believe we can save you a minimum of 20%, your net financial saving after paying our fee would be at least 10%. And you will have saved days of shopping, negotiating, chasing and getting increasingly stressed. We do it all for you.
